True Reflection Health Coaching & Counselling was founded on a love of supporting others to reconnect with themselves and to their own innate worth.

I specialise in assisting clients to deepen their relationship with themselves by confirming their awareness. We each have connection to a vast magnitude of wisdom that we are often unaware of. Reconnecting to this wisdom within offers our greatest self-support.
​
It is such a joy to support others in the way that I do - I am forever inspired by them, by the wisdom and awareness they bring, and by how truly amazing they are. Each of us has a unique angle we bring in the way we contribute to the whole in this world.

True change comes from within, not by searching outside for 'solutions'.
When we come back to ourselves, we learn we already have all the answers we seek within. This is a key tenet in how I coach, counsel and support others.
​
We each innately know the way. Life has brought us circumstances and situations that perhaps do not confirm this, and oftentimes, contradict this. Our work together is to peel back these layers - revealing what has lies beneath. This makes my role one of simply being a mirror for clients: reflecting and confirming what already lies within. We are each a unique and precious gem, no matter what life's circumstances have brought to us.

Everyone requires support in difficult times and there should never be any stigma or doubt associated with asking for help. We all need each other.
​
We can never do it alone.
​
Reaching out for support should be celebrated for what it truly is: a doorway into greater self-awareness and a true act of loving self-care.
The relationship you have with yourself is the most important relationship you will ever have in life.
