What is Coaching?
Health Coaching sessions focus primarily on your health; however, a major component of our health is actually how we live our lives. Therefore, there is much crossover here with traditional counselling in that support is provided not just for health-related goals, but also for sustaining a way of living that supports the body from an emotional, mental, and lifestyle perspective. Life Coaching addresses a holistic look at how we live our lives, with an eye towards supporting us to live full and amazing lives. Often this will be the result when we place our focus on enriching the lives of others. True Reflection offers both traditional Health Coaching as well as Life Coaching.

Health Coaching supports you to initiate or to maintain your own health and well-being and your relationship with your body. We are multifaceted beings, and health is not just about diet and exercise! Our overall health is a unique combination of factors and we each require support in varying ways.
For some, it may be a focus on self-care, for others it may be diet, and this can change session to session. It is really about whatever your body presents in the moment and being guided by this, whilst being supported by whatever changes are necessary. As a coach and counsellor, I am here to support you by confirming you and perhaps offering a different way, however, the responsibility for change solely rests with you: only you can change you.

Sessions run for one hour in length. Initial intake sessions are 1.5 hours and cover a more in-depth life history. An invoice is provided at the end of each session; fees are payable online via credit card. A credit card is required to secure a session booking, and it is charged to secure a session time. Clients have access to their appointment schedules and invoices online via our practice management system.
