Online Counselling/ Telehealth
We offer online / Telehealth counselling & psychotherapy sessions to support those that may not have access to quality therapy due to location, waiting times or financial means.

Online sessions are conducted by a licensed counsellor & psychotherapist with Masters degree level training in evidence-based therapeutic models and interventions who is also a member of the Australian Counselling Association.

Session Length
Your first counselling session is an intake session, which is 1.25 hours in length. In this session, we will review your family and medical history, capture basic information such as what you do for a living, any psychological history, and your goals for therapy. Subsequent sessions are 50 minutes in length.

How to Book In
To book in for an online session, you will be required to complete a profile in our practice management system, which will allow you to pay online via credit card for your appointments, manage your appointment schedule, and download invoices. This is available through the "Book Now" button on the above menu. Select the "Login" button, and then "Register Here" button to create a profile. To book in for online counselling, choose the "Online Clinic" location, and the service labeled "Online Counselling Intake Session" from the menu. Our online booking system requires you pay up front via credit card to secure a session appointment time. You will receive email reminders of your appointment date and time.

Therapy Sessions
Sessions are conducted on the Zoom platform and are completely confidential. You will be required to complete an online consent form prior to attending therapy. A Zoom invite will be sent to your nominated email address. You must have an internet connection, and a quiet, private and uninterrupted space from which to attend sessions. If there are technical difficulties or the internet becomes unstable, the therapist will ring your mobile, so please have it close by. Please note: online / Telehealth sessions have a different fee structure than face to face sessions.

Additional Details
Online sessions are available at selected times. Availability is limited and listed by accessing the "Book Now" button on the above menu (see point 2 "How to Book In"). An online client consent form will be sent to your nominated email address, and is required to be completed prior to commencing your first session. Should you need to change or cancel an appointment, you can do so through our online practice management portal using your ID and password or by sending us an email at info@truereflectioncounselling.com.
