Body Awareness and Presence

Often, in counselling sessions, I will speak of connection to the body and presence. This simply means to marry what the body is doing in any moment to the mind, bringing focus to the quality in which we are moving or doing any one task. The quality of being gentle is highlighted here. The following meditations support the building of conscious presence in the quality of gentleness:
